Welcome to MedZone. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our UCAT preparation platform, including practice questions, mock exams, AI tutoring, and progress tracking features. By accessing or using MedZone, you agree to be bound by these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use MedZone. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our services. Parents and guardians may create accounts to monitor their child's progress.
4.1 Subscription Plans: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
4.2 Mock Papers: Individual mock exam papers can be purchased separately. Once purchased, access is permanent for that specific paper.
4.3 Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
4.5 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing. Current subscribers will be notified 30 days before any price changes take effect.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Please note that all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for subscription fees or mock paper purchases.

All content on MedZone, including practice questions, mock exams, explanations, AI-generated feedback, graphics, and software, is owned by MedZone or our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial use only.
While we strive to ensure all practice questions and content are accurate and reflect current UCAT standards, we cannot guarantee that our materials will result in specific test scores or admission outcomes. Questions are regularly reviewed and updated based on user feedback and UCAT changes.
Our AI Tutor feature provides automated feedback and guidance. While designed to be helpful, AI responses may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. Always use your judgment and consult official UCAT resources when needed.
Your use of MedZone is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and complying with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
Parents and guardians may link their accounts to their child's account to monitor progress. This requires consent from the student. See our Parental Consent Statement for details.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedZone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

MedZone is not affiliated with or endorsed by UCAT, Pearson VUE, or any universities.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
